With over 18 years’ experience across the mining maintenance and oil & gas industries, Chad is a highly regarded access and safety specialist. He holds advanced qualifications in rigging, scaffolding, and rope access, including IRATA Level 3 certification, and has extensive experience in the design, certification, and safe execution of tailored access systems.
As a WHSQ-accredited assessor in multiple high-risk work classes, Chad brings a strong compliance and safety-first mindset to every project. His ability to assess, mentor, and guide teams in high-risk environments underpins his reputation for safety leadership and operational excellence.
Chad specialises in the strategic planning and deployment of complex access systems and innovative scaffolding solutions, including V-Deck™. With experience delivering projects across multiple sectors, he consistently develops practical, efficient, and safe methodologies that deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
JENNIFER SCHULZ
Co-Founder​ & Inspection Specialist

Jen brings over four years of dedicated experience as an ISO 9712–certified NDT Technician, proficient in multiple testing methods including MPI, PT, and UT across mining and maintenance environments.
AINDT-certified and highly detail-oriented, she delivers accurate and actionable insights into asset integrity and structural reliability.
Currently expanding her technical capabilities through IRATA Rope Access certification, Jen is rapidly advancing in vertical inspection work, combining precision, safety, and adaptability to support complex project scopes.

BEN DIEHM
Co-Founder High-Risk Access Manager & Boilermaker​
​Rope Access Supervisor with more than 27 years as a qualified Boilermaker and 15 years as a Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor.
Ben brings extensive operational expertise and proven leadership across the mining, oil and gas sectors, both onshore and offshore.
His experience includes overseeing high-risk worksites where precision, compliance, and safety are critical. Ben’s combined strengths in technical execution and access planning make him a highly valuable asset, delivering complex scopes with confidence, control, and consistent quality.​
